I should point out that ‘the smell’ hasn’t found its way to Nicks place yet and that a small army of ninjas has been deployed on the roof to counteract the imminent smell invasion, but as a public service announcment to all permanent and transient visitors to nicks place I’m posting this email from a reputable source in Melbourne. Hello Everyone,
I wanted to give you an update on what is happening with regards to “the smell”. Building management have advised there is a meeting scheduled this week between the building owner, hotel owner and CB Richard Ellis, to discuss the cause of the smell and agree on an ongoing action plan.
Once details of the action plan have been issued I will advise you all accordingly.
